If you wish to exchange an item as we have delivered a product that is inconsistent with what you ordered, please get in touch with us to initiate the exchange process. We recommend purchasing the new item to ensure availability and returning the original item for a refund. If the desired item is not available for exchange, a refund will be issued.

If you are unsatisfied with the item you received because of color, style, or size, you can contact us and initiate a return process.

Exchange Process

  • Please get in touch with our customer service and follow the exchange steps and preconditions.
  • Once we receive the item and verify its eligibility, we will ship the exchanged item to you.
  • If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit for the item’s purchase price.
  • It will take approximately 6 to 12 business days and up to 31 days to process your exchange.
Exchange in Different Situations
  • ZOKE AUSTRALIA is responsible for any incorrect or defective product.
  • We only accept an exchange if there are any quality issues or if we have sent out the incorrect item.
  • If you no longer want the item you purchased because of any reason, you should contact us via email and we will initiate a return process for you.
Important
  •  In case of exchanges not caused by ZOKE AUSTRALIA, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
  •  Please submit a replacement request within 15 days.
