1. How do I find order information?

We will prepare your order and send it out as soon as possible after your purchase. When the goods are sent out, we will inform you of the order number by email or SMS, so that you can check it easily.

2. What if I lost part of my order?

We will confirm the item number and style of the order before we send it out, and we apologize if there is a missing item. In this case, please contact us via email and we will replace or refund the missing items.

3. What if I received the wrong item?

We are very sorry that we sent you an item that you did not order. If you received an item that was not what you ordered or was the wrong size, please contact us and we will process a return and you can re-order the item you wished for. 

4. If you encountered any quality problems with the goods received.

5. How do I cancel my order?

To ensure that you receive your items as soon as possible, we will begin processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will not be able to cancel it. If you no longer desire the item, you can contact us via email and we will process a return for you. 

6. What do I do if I ordered to the wrong shipping address?

If you have placed an order but have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to process it promptly.

7. I couldn't fit any items into my shopping basket.

Out of stock - if a specific style or size is out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your shopping cart. We will replenish our inventory as soon as possible, but feel free to contact us for information to find out when it will be back in stock.

8. How do I know I have received the item?

You can check the status of your package by entering the tracking number you received from us via Australia Post. We will inform you your tracking number once we have sent out your order.
