We understand that customers may request returns due to some reasons, and we are happy to assist customers with size exchanges or refunds in Australia. If this return item does not satisfy the refund precondition, the returns may not be accepted and may be sent back to the client instead. If the returned item does satisfy the refund precondition, the return payment will be transferred to the customer as soon as possible. Refund condition

  • Swimming wear and items are undamaged, unworn condition, and unwashed
  • Hygiene protective adhesive strips should not be removed.
  • It is required for all tags and labels to remain attached to the returned item.

  • Every returned product will be examined to make sure it is in a condition suitable for resale.

Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

(We will only refund the original shipping cost and return cost if the item is found to be defective or was shipped incorrectly. If a buyer returns a product for any other reason, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.)

Refund payment

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. It may take up to 15 days for us to process your return from the date it is received. Our processing time may be delayed depending on the post office process time. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund via the original method of payment through a secure payment gateway. Please note that it may take an additional 1-2 days to process the refund and for it to show up in your account.
